Update Failure

Hi,

I’m trying to update my like gate pro as wordpress says an update is available. But when I try to update the normal way, I get the error “Update package not available”. What should I do?

Hi Mary,

This usually happens when the update system can’t recognize your site name or if you’ve purchased a single domain license but are using it on multiple sites.

I’ve added your site to the order and the update package should become available.
You may have to make WordPress do another check for updates by going in the WP Admin > Dashboard > Updates and click on Check Again button.
