Hi
Thanks for your time! I have a little problem.
I use this code:
[orbisius_woocommerce_ext_quick_order limit=”-1″ category=”17″ label=”Warme Broodjes”]
My goals: I want only items from product category 17 to be displayed.
Result: only items from category 14 are shown.
Does not matter what category I choose, it always only shows category 14.
Even if I try with the code [orbisius_woocommerce_ext_quick_order limit=”-1″ category=”Warme-Broodjes” label=”Warme Broodjes”]
Would you be able to help me fix this ?
Thanks a lot!
Hi,
Do you know if category 14 is a subcategory of the category whose products you’re listing?
Slavi
Hi,
I only have 6 different categories, they are all top level categories.
I do not have sub categories in my woocommerce store at all.
This is (almost) impossible.
Can you check if your products belong to multiple categories?
Also do make sure you use the dropdown from the plugin’s settings and use category IDs just in case.
Hi,
There are no products that have more then 1 category.
I used the dropdown from the plugin setting page. And i tried all other shortcodes from that page, but all same result.
I noticed my products dont have an SKU yet, could that be the cause ?
Cause if I add a sku to some products nothing changes so far.
I can give you a login if you want to see for yourself?
yes, can you send me login info (admin) & links to the pages.
Hi my friend!
I sent all details to your email help@yourdomain.com
Thanks a lot for helping us out :)
