Hi,
I’ve been using Quick Order & the MOQ script for some time. Recently our database corrupted and I had to restore the site from a backup.
I’m finding now that although all products are being displayed on the Quick Order page, when the user clicks ‘add to cart’ they’re taken to the cart page but the selected products are not added.
I also see that the MOQs are not being respected so the drop-down quantity menu is allowing orders of 1 item when most should be set higher.
The problem is intermittent. Today it’s not working but a few days ago it worked perfectly.
Any way to troubleshoot this?
