no download

Hi,
I have installed your shop only to see that it does not work – when setting the price on zero I do get the tag “download”which it is correct – when I click however on this my downloaded eBook does not show but a very long text warning is to be seen.
When trying to download directly on the dashboard page the same happens.On the setting page the status is green and I suppose OK
I have tried the same with the sandbox – no download – email or so. – only this very long warning.
Yesterday – for interest sake, I installed the same plug in with 2 of my other WP sites – same problem although they all have a different layouts What to do?
