Email Notification of Replies to New Topic in Forum

Hi I’m a forum administrator and with the bbPress and bbPress Enhancer plugins I’m finding that I’m not being notified of replies to my forum topics. Also, when I reply to that first user’s post and they reply again I’m still not receiving notifications. I see the checkbox at the bottom of the reply screen is ticked, but there is no such checkbox when posting the original topic. I think I have email addresses listed in all the right places, but is there something I’m missing?

Did you check your spam folder?
Did you check with your hosting if the server is blocking outgoing emails?
