Chat setup - routing issue?

Hi

Problem setting up the plugin.
The Preview shows broken link.

URL where chat installed is pointed to Mibew folder:
http://xxxxxxxxx/mibew
If I load http://xxxxxxxxxxx/mibew/operator in browser, it redirects to /operator but then “Oops! That page can’t be found” from WP.

This URL does load chat:
http://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/mibew/index.php/chat
This is under windows IIS.

Hi,

WP Mibew helps you generate the chat widget and that’s all.
You will need to install the Mibew chat software yourself
OR use our Orbisius Mibew Chat Installer plugin to from http://orbisius.com/products/wordpress-plugins/orbisius-mibew-chat-installer/ to do so.

As I say, chat installed and working.
Plugin not working – and I suspect this is due to routing.

But ok.

if that’s Mibew is version 1.x I don’t think the chat is properly installed.
We haven’t tested our plugin with Mibew version 2.x so that might be another possible explanation.
