    The 4-hour caching window doesn’t seem to be working and the quick order page is taking upwards of 30 seconds to load (basically unusable without another option). Any assistance would be appreciated, just purchased this plugin this week.

    Actually, if you’re logged in the cache might be bypassed.
    It’s good that you also reached us via email.
