Footer File Changes Not Saving

I am trying to change the footer attribution text in a Divi Child Theme created with Orbisius. I have done this many times before and have never had a problem – now on two sites the footer file just won;’t update – when I click Save the saving process seems to freeze. Any ideas? (Yes I have checked my internet connection and it’s fast and yes I have approached my hosters to see if there is an issue.) ;)

This has to be either a permission issue OR another plugin is causing JavaScript errors.
If using Google Chrome can you press F12 and reload the page and try again.
If there’s a javascript issue it will show up in the console.

If you can record a screencast that would be great.

Hi I deactivated all the plugins except orbisius and I could make the changes no problem so it IS a conflict – here is a list of the plugins that are in both themes:

All In One SEO
Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall (Got-MLS)
Elegant Themes Updater
iThemes Security
Theme Authenticity Checker (TAC)
TinyMCE Advanced
Wordfence Security
WP-SpamShield

I think it might be a conflict with either All In One SEO or Wordfence as they have both had updates recently…

Anyway – I got it sorted but there IS a conflict you should be aware of….
