Orbisius Support Tickets is a minimalistic ticket support system that enables you to handle your support requests.
You need to create several pages and paste the relevant shortcodes so your customer can submit their support requests.

Generally the github repo will receive the most fixes and when they are stable enough then they will be pushed to the official version of the plugin in the WordPress plugin directory.
