I am very angry. I have completed an Abbo and now I must wait 24 hours to download plugins. So in this Time I can program it by myself. We are not told by ordering . Thats dark middle ages!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Sorry to hear that you’ve been frustrated with our process. I understand that and agree that it’s far from perfect.
Please, do try to see it from our point of view. We’re taking a huge risk allowing access to our 35+ premium plugins at just $10. We believe the goodness in people. We have to take the time to make sure people are checked before granting the access.2) You are 200% right. We should have mentioned it that the upgrade process may take 24 hours. Usually is less than that.
We’ve updated the Pricing page ( http://orbisius.com/plans/ ) and added a note to inform users that it may take up to 24 hours.3) We’ve just refunded you the $10 you paid.
update: I noticed your 2nd transaction for $10. That was refunded too.P.S. Happy to hear that there are other developers using our site and plugins.
