No Parent Theme

I have installed the parent theme, Kadence’s “Virtue”, and your child theme creator however in trying to create a child, I get an error code telling me that the parent theme is absent. Obviously it’s not. It’s installed in the themes. Whats going on. Haven’t had this trouble before with your plugin.

Nope. Nobody has reported that kind of error.
Can you check with the theme author and ask them if their theme is child theme friendly?
Designers use so many different frameworks and that may cause things not to work as they should.
