    I purchased your Orbisius Right Height plug-in over 30 minutes ago. I would like to get it implemented and running today. Any estimate on when I will get my download link?

    Hi,

    I apologize. The download link is sent as soon as we get a confirmation from PayPal.
    In the last few weeks we’ve noticed that paypal was calling our server with a delay of 1h after the purchase.

    The PayPal purchase notification arrives a few seconds after the purchase though.

    Just got off the phone with PayPal and expecting a call so tech people can look into it.

    Hi Dave,

    Just looked for the order.
    The download link was sent to the paypal email address that belonged to Cynthia Anne.
    The email has the word ‘pair’ in the email.

    For those who find this in the future, I got the download link about an hour and a half after the order.
